Candlelit, guided tour of 2,000 square foot mansion in an exquisite neoclassical country mansion. Past-dark entry into the museum, a New York State Historic Site, and National Historic Landmark. Rare historic lighting is used during the event. Proximity to Glimmerglass State Park, 10 miles from Cooperstown, NY, and three other museums.

Description

Illuminated by candlelight, this guided tour takes you within the chambers of the mansion to hear tales of ghostly apparitions that have lingered at Hyde Hall for over two centuries. You might even catch a glimpse of one of the mansion’s restless spirits—a must-do on your autumn wish list!

Extended periods of walking and climbing stairs are required.
