Built in 1882 by Francis and Grace Rhodes, the Rhodes House has served the community for many years as a funeral home. There are still regular sightings and visits of the couple, as well as their son who passed away while in the residence. The infamous funeral home of over 55 years has caused many spirits to be unrested. Ghost Hunts bring the traffic of hundreds of spirits that were laid out at this location for all of the funerals that were once held. There are ghost children and the spirits of multiple past homeowners who also reside in the home. The spirits that stay at the property are infamous for using cat toys and balls to communicate with the living. Their activity can be seen in broad daylight just as much as it can be seen at night. It has been almost impossible to keep any staff members due to the extent of the paranormal activity. Some of the most active spots include the embalming room in the basement, the body bag room, the original family quarters, and the attic. On these tours, guests will have access to all four floors. Everything in this house was left abandoned and has been preserved after sitting vacant for 16 years. Today it is seeing a new life as it serves as the headquarters for internationally renowned Psychic Medium, Ivy Rivera, and her unmatched training school, the Ivy League Psychic Academy.
